I was talking to a few folks over the Wonderfest weekend about using Citadel gaming paints.
My question is what do you thin them with to airbrush them? The guy at the store said to use water but I don't like the sounds of it. I think it would take too long to dry.
Does anyone have any experience with this?

Water does work pretty well and if the mix is thinned OK it doesn't take that long to dry.
That said I tend to use either commercial isopropyl alcohol or Tamiya brand acrylic thinner and fall back on water if I'm out of alcohol.
Not noticed any significant difference in performance.
