Custom "sticker" for wood base?

I'm trying t figure out how to put an nx-01 logo on a red oak base. paint? Sticker? Decal?

I want to make sure it's not cheap looking. I don't want to cheap out. Ideas?

I use window decals for my Star Wars bases, the vinyl looks good, not cheap at all.

Or talk to Matt @ Laserfire Creations and have one laser-cut. I can generate the art if need be.
