Tamiya/Gunze paints-needless post....

Post by Mikko »

Hi!

So, has any of you come up with a cheaper solution that work just as well?
The actual Tamiya thinner costs arm and a leg here and I sure would prefer to use something else.

Being a newbie this might be a silly question but as I do not know...need to ask.

Thanks,
Mikko

EDIT: Found an answer already from this ever so great site.

I've always just used rubbing alcohol, works great every time, and very cheap. Thin to consistancy of cream.

99% isopropyl alcohol works great for me.
