Paint Box/Booth Design

Post by Paulbo »

Hi All,

I'm finally getting ready to prime my Captain Cardboard Pod and need to build a paint booth. Are there any good plans available? Should I just wing it with a big cardboard box and a stove exhaust fan and some filters?

Thanks for the help! Paulbo

I built my booth out of a large clear plastic storage bin, drier vent/hose, bathroom fan, 18" flourescent light fixture, and a small AC filter.

I've been pretty happy with its performance.

Hi Pat,

Thanks! That's exatly what I was looking for. Perfect size and the light idea is just super. Easy to store, too!

Off to Wally World to pick up a clear storage container, then Lowes for the rest.
