Ripmax T-RCP104 compressor?

Hi,
I need a compressor that is very quiet, as Ilive in a flat (apartment) that has poor soundproofing. This model from Ripmax is advertised as very quiet. Has anyone tried it? Any other compressors I should look at?

This is for the U.K. BTW so no walmart...
