Painting windows white?

I was wondering what the best method of painting the tiny 1:1400 and 1:2500 windows is? I have heard of people using pencil or pens to paint them black but are there any precision pens with white or light blue ink?
Currently building: 1:2500 Prolemy Tug/Freighter and Finish painting Gold 2 X-wing from box scale ERTL X-wing based on XW Alliance game. See website for progress.

I do believe so, at least I think I've seen them at artmedia.
Normal?? What is normal??
