LED wiring help

Post by ElvisBruski »

Ok, i bought some cheap led strip without the LEDs and resistors and was trying to work out what resistors to put in. To my surprise it was more complicated then i first thought.....can someone help me work out what resistors i need? I actually know how to work it out with the wizard, but since there's TWO sets of parallel circuits, just not sure what happens to the second.

I'm intending on using red superfluxes which are rated at 70mA with 2.5volt drop. I dont' mind running them at lower...say 50mA....
