Which lightning kit for PL 1/350 Enterprise 1701-A?

So I just bought the model kit and I'm a bit confused on which lightning kit I should buy.

I basically want one that I only need to put into the Enterprise model. Also if possible, one that could turn off the blinking lights or make them just light up instead of blinking. This is because the blinking lights would become distracting.

Could anyone point me in the right direction?
