Toggle Switch options

Post by slookabill »

Does anyone have any good suggestions for toggle switches they use for controlling the lighting in their models? I'm looking for a good decent strength(don't want it to feel cheap) toggle switch for switching between 2 light settings on a kit I'm soon to work on(Cruise lights vs battle mode!). I'm looking at https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B016ZMQ2NA/ these not sure if they're what I'm wanting or not... Open to suggestions.

I know this isn't answering your question, and significantly strays off-topic...

Perhaps some interesting possibilities for a user interface (some may require use of microcontroller) ?

I use a very similar toggle, from Radio Shack, and have never had any problems. On-off-on seems a good choice for your model, since in the center position, neither circuit is activated.
