Has anyone used Doc Martin's brand ink?

I'm looking to use some of their Metallic Green for panel line shading, over a base of Valero steel.

Bottle sez waterproof, archive quality, but for $9 .... I thought I'd ask around first, TIA!!

Never heard of that one. Too rich for my blood anyway. I've got a green and brown ink from Liquitex and they worked great for shading some Space orks I was working on. I had to thin them quite a bit to use as washes and glazes.

Thanks -- I've got some old Doc Martin brown, myself, for subtler washes.

I guess ink co$t$ more, now; metallics seem to be pricier, but, stang! -- this brand has some real tasty green shades....

I'll try one bottle, let y'all know directly!..

Whoops, SCORPION is on-------

I've used Doc Martin, one of the early airbrush ink/paint makers. For use in model painting I'd add a little gloss clear to help adhesion.

Met a guy at a small show last weekend who is a local airbrush wizard and loves them for detailing.
For 15 francs more, I can put a can of sardines on your chest.
