Interference pigments and "yellowing"

Post by NathanJ »

Working on the JJPrise and trying these interference pigments. Problem is when I lay the coat down it looks yellow. I've tried future and also Tamiya clear x22. They both "yellow" the hull. Any ideas?

It's the nature of the pigment powder itself.

You can try neutralizing the yellow by adding a little blue and see how it looks.
