Interesting yes. And I'm always interested in knowing the price points of CNC or 3D "printing" of parts. Alas, wish these guys were more upfront about the resolution of the parts they produce. Though the attached modeling article, written in French!, tells me the resolution is in the millimeter range, which isn't quite there for the scratch builds I do.

I stand corrected. Looking around more on the Sculpteo web site, I found more information, especially the resolution of the machine/s, and recommendations of minimum "wall" size.
Looks like their prices are reasonable too. Maybe I will use for a custom ship I am planning on building.
Think this would be suitable for a 1:2500 star trek ship?
