Question about power...

Post by admiralcag » Wed May 31, 2017 7:13 am

I am trying to finish my first lit model. Is power available? What do I need to bring?

It's a great day for America, everybody!

I've always used batteries but I do recall seeing power adapters. I am guessing they either had power in the floor they could uncover or I do recall having models against the wall tables so they could get power.

If memory serves, there are a limited number of outlets available. It all depends on how your model is classified.

They try to have some outlets available for each category. Model placement is done on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you get there and the outlets for your category are already taken, you'll be S.O.L.
Surrounded by unbuilt models. What the heck do I work on next??

There are power strips on the tables. But, yes, first come first served if you need power get in line early.
