The only home/office type printers I know of that will print white are the Alps series printers which, to my knowledge, are no longer in production and kinda hard to find. My guess, the alternative would have to be to take the file to a print shop and see what they can do. or contact one of the guys...

If you don't want to do the mail order thing, you can get wooden plaques like the ones in Romulan Spy's link (along with other styles) at arts and crafts stores like Michael's and Beverly's. That is if, like me, you dno't have access to any of those Hobby Lobby stores

all I want to do is effectivley fill a seam. A good retailer won't try to sell you something you don't need. Sorry. You misunderstood my reply. I'm recommending the Sampler Pak because each product has specific strengths and weeknesses in different areas. You should try the different types to see w...

1. Get one of those cheapie electric toothbrushes. 2. Cut the bristles flush with the surface of the little rotating part of the brush tip. 3. Trim down a small swatch of the loops part of a piece of velcro - make a circular piece about 1/4" to 3/8" in diameter and superglue it to the end ...

Heat shrink is a great way to bundle fibers with the LEDs. You just have to be careful not to heat it up too fast. Personally, I don't like using a flame to heat the HS tubing. I prefer to use either a soldering iron or a heat gun. If you have a pencil torch, you can even get an attachment specifica...

I remember reading someone's post here a long time ago about shooting the stuff through the airbrush. He said that it generated spiderwebs as it hit the model. Instead of pouring out of the jar, I use an eyedropper. I'm guaranteed to get the paint where I want it and it helps to precicely measure ratios when I'm mixing colors (two drops of this color and six drops of that color give me a fairly exact 25%/75% ratio). Also you can mix the paint right in the ...

Consider getting the Galaxy PE Trench Cover for Wires from Don's Light & Magic. Scroll down to the third item on the page.

By the way, a 1/650 Enterprise D would be a pretty large model. Almost 39" long in fact. The larger of the only two AMT kits produced was 1/1400 (or there about).
