sand the fog off, then future. It works a lot better on scratches then fog.

vacuformed plastic packaging from almost anything, and the caps off shaving lotion cans are my favorites.

I cut Future with about 10% water and 10% alcohol, then do a couple thin coats, then let it sit over night. My airbrush doesn't have a regulator or gauge, but I haven't had any problems.

Heh, I'm getting into the habit of using a basecoat of Future, so I can just amonia-wash it all away if I don't like the finish, a few coats later.

I mix future about 50% future, 30% water, and 20% alcahol. The alcahol helps it set faster, while the thinning makes, well... less thick i also like doing several single-passes with my airbrush to avoid thick coats.

The take I get, is that you choose something that is agreed upon, in history, literature, film, TV, what have you, and do it as YOU would, as an alternate. Doesn't have to be ANY PARTICULAR setting, it can be ANY setting, but since the voting is by popular vote, if you do something obscure, it won't...

In this kind of contest, you really almost have to have a diarama catagory, since so much of WHAT IF comes from context. My own idea almost HAS to have a detailed base, since it would consist of a couple bits, instead of a single model.
