Even though I gave Aztec high praise all those years ago, I have since switched to an Iwata Hi-Line and I can safely say that I will never touch an Aztec again. :8)

All the light blocking must be done on the outside of the model, because all of the windows are cast on the surface. This is the Soveriegn Replicas 1/650 Ent-E model. I need a color that blocks up all the light bleed, in the fewest coats possible (preferably 1 or 2 coats) so all of the window masks ...

Light Blocking Color

Ok gents, I need some opinions on what type and brand of silver (spray can) to use as a light blocking barrier (this is suppose to work better than just using black). One of the things that I think screwed up my build of the Soveriegn Replicas 1/650 Ent-E kit is that I had to lay down so many coats ...

I got the same results when I tried it on white decal paper to. You sure you haven't got a RGB vs CYM problem there. Those are 2 standards for color recognition on PC's/Printers, if your image is one format and the printer produces the other you might get that results. HTH. No, it prints in ...

Sounds like the the paper is absorbing the ink improperly or... and this gets tricky... the printer is printing equal amounts of all 4 colors which tend to make mud. A proper gray is a % of some mixture like 100c75m50y100b. But, it'd look brown on paper too if that was the issue. Sounds like a pape...

Its printing all the colors, and the printer is in good working order. But for some reason, the color grey is coming out as brown.

Leave a little bit around and on top of the seam, because most putty's shrink as they cure.
