For curves first mask the larger area with what ever sort of 'wide' tape and then use a more narrow tape for the separation line between colors.

there are glow in the dark acrylic paints especialy this time of year at craft stores. The problem is getting the paint to stick to the plastic with out first putting a primer coat down, maybe a coat of future floor polish will do the trick.

Did you use a gloss white or flat white??? Gloss will yellow more quickly than flat based paint.

It looks to me like you've got the camera way too close to the Viper. I've had similar problems with mine.

When masking curved areas use a more narrow tape instead of the 1" wide masking tape, or just simply trim the wider tape into narrow strips.

Most hobby shops carry 2 major brands of acrylic paints, Testors Model Master most of which are flat based paints and Tamiya, some of which are gloss.

Also since acrylic paint tend not to stick to bare plastic you may want to get a bottle of Future floor polish for a primer because acrylic paints will stick to Future.

You should try maple syrup over ice cream, hmmm yummy!!
Ant time you applt putty to a model you run the risk of a mess so you may want and try using masking tape around the area to be puttied.

Testors or just about any brand of gloss coat will yellow over time, and about the only exception to that is Future floor polish. It costs about 5 or 6 dollars for a good sozed bottle and it cleans up with water because it's acrilic based and it can be run through an airbrush.
