Then is there any compressor on this site that has got all the stuff you´d recommend?

But it´s unlikely that `ll use the airbrush longer than 5-10 min. maximum anyway.

I´ve got some Nitro for cleaning brushes, would it remove dried paint as well or would it destroy the styrene?
Is there any stuff that will remove enamels from normal AND clear styrene and that won´t kill you cause it´s so poisonous? :?

Whoops... Gonna have to turn up the radiator more often...it´s not freezing in my hobby room but it´s getting quite cold. Maybe that´s the answer to the question why I need so long for one simple model.

temperature and paint?

I wondered if the temperature will affect the drying time of paint. I use enamels, and my hobby room is located just beneath the roof, it´s the highest located room of the house and since it´s winter now it gets cold there very fast and there are days when noone will go there so noone will turn on...

I bought some of the new colours two days ago, while their old paints were all enamels the new ones are acrylics. Haven´t tried them yet but they look very nice and the cap of each tin is designed as a small bowl for mixing colours. So, what´s better, acrylics or enamels?

New Paint

http://www.revell.de/typo3/en/products/model_kits/catalogue/article/?id=146&L=1&ARARTN=36101 There seems to be a new range of Revell colours coming this month. I know there are not many people around using Revell colours, but I use them frequently. These new colours seem to be water based, a...

Mr. Masking Sol Neo

I went to my local hobby shop today and asked for a decal solution. They offered me "Mr. Masking Sol Neo", and so I bought it. But now, at closer examination, it looks more like liquid masking stuff. Did they give me the wrong stuff? Or IS this a decal solution? And if, how do I use it? :?...

Clear coats

Hello,
I airbrushed one of my models with clear gloss enamel (Revell paints). But it looks much too shiny. So: if I sprayed on a dull coat, would the gloss disappear? Or would it still shine through? Thanks for any tips!

Color+tape problem

Hi everyone, I´m building a USS Seawolf (okay I know it´s not scifi but the problem could also occur on a scifi kit), and when building an F-4 I had to mask of certain areas after the first layer of paint had dried. But when removing the tape, some of the 1st color was removed as well. So, now I u...

plastruct 1/4" T Rod

Can anyone tell me where I could get plastruct 1/4" T Rods? I don´t know if my local hobby shop carries such stuff, but as I´m in Austria it´s very unlikely. So could anyone direct me to a source where I could buy them? Sources in Europe would be preferred. Thanks very much in advance! :D
