A TLC5940 or TLC5947 will both work well for controlling LEDs and their respective brightness. There's an Arduino library for the 5940 already and the 5947 isn't that hard to use. I've used both and they work very well.

Sparkfun has what you need:

JST SH Jumper 4 Wire Assembly - 8"
JST SH Jumper 5 Wire Assembly - 8"

...or just look at all the wire products they have to find what you want (or didn't even know you wanted!)

They are good but you can get small LEDs for cheaper on ebay especially in bulk. I've ordered from Lighthouse LEDs too for 0402 SMD LEDs.

Any pics of it? How much would you want for it? I don't mind soldering the components myself. All I'd really need is the bare PCB.

Just take a syringe tip in whatever gauge that allows a controlled flow onto your work. I have drawers of different gauge tips. If you use one with a metal tip, you can use a lighter to heat and clear it if the glue hardens in there. The tips fit on all the CA bottles that I have and are much cheape...

Hi John, I like the new site. My only constructive criticism is with regards to your hyperlinks being dark blue on a light blue background. It makes it really hard to read the text of the links. I had to highlight them all so that their backgrounds were white and then I could read the blue text. Oth...

Ya, i was looking at something similar at Home Depot.

What about all the connectors to change this from a painting pressure pot into a simple pot? Where did you get your connectors to do this (e.g. stop valves, adaptors, etc)?

Anyone know where I can get air line components such as adaptors, inline stop valves, etc, preferably in Canada?

If you can be happy with 6 lights, you could go with the 6-LED Chase Light Simulator here: http://www.ngineering.com/lighting%20effect%20for%20aircraft.htm These boards are super tiny and will fit almost anywhere. Re: Cheap Styrene

I looked through this board and didn't find it so here's my tip for a cheap source of styrene. When I am doing a project and need to laminate a part or build up say a vehicle side I get a few For Sale signs at Walmart. For less than half the price for bag of Evergreen plastic sheets I have all I ne...

You get the Crystal Clear resin from any Smooth-On distributor. It feels almost exactly like the very best clear styrene parts from a kit when it's fully cured. It's sort of nasty stuff, so you have to take the precautions listed in the instructions to avoid sensitization. Alumilite also sells a cl...
