Thanks for all the help. I have a friend that uses autoCAD for work and she was interested in what other people use for their 3D rendering. I'll check into Rhino 3D and probably purchase it at the student pricing. Thanks again.

I was wondering what program I should get? Any good advice? I read that some people use Blender 3D with some CAD tool add...

I was just wondering if anyone knows what type of Resin BamBam Productions uses for the engines of the Pegasus "The Beast" model? I love the quality that it produces and is much denser than any other resin models I have. It is a deep gray color resin. I would love to use this resin in futu...

Thanks for the help. I just placed an order for a large scale pressure pot 5 gallon and purchased supplies to make a vacuum chamber lid and bought a 6 cfm vacuum. Myself and a friend are just getting into researching everything and I got confused on what the protect ant was for.

Resin casting Question

I was just wondering what are the advantages to using a urethan protectant such as Freeman 302 Urethan Protectant that uses an inert gas of 1,1,1-tetraflouroethane. Can you just use an inert gas such and nitrogen? My understanding is that after you spray your resin casting immediately after opening ...
