I've looked around, even online, and I can't find a plate that inspires me. I found a paper-plate holder that might be usable. Can that be considered a plate?

This is just a tip someone gave me about 17 years ago, and it has proved invaluable: always clean off the rim and threads of a paint jar as well as the lid before putting the lid on.
