I haven't worked with tubing that small or fragile before but one of the methods I have used on large diameter steel tubing might help you. Keep in mind these methods were for times when I didn't have proper tools i.e. mandrels, dies, etc. You have to support the inside of the tube the enire length ...

I've been trying to get that book for some time now myself. No luck. I even went to some of the local used book stores and dug around there. If another print run is done I'm definitely up for one.
