Re: Super Leopard Mk-XI Grav Tank

What a beautiful and clean design. Very nice, though I spotted the AT-AT face parts as vents, I felt the whole thing seemed completley orginal. Nice work Blappy

Happy New Year

Re: Hover tank challenge

Hi Dr Yo

Hmm, I have something thats been a long time sat on the back burner. It hovers, but is more patrol craft than Tank. We shall see what this year brings.

Have a good 2018.

Hi Kalhen , In response to your post on 22 Oct- I'm actually fine with it, it is pretty wide ranging as anybody could indulge themselves in there own interest whether it was SW, Trek or Mecha or even real space as long as the finish was the right colour. And Pink is a versatile colour, the SAS used ...

Hi Andy

I'm up for Structures, I put this suggestion to One-Zero a few years ago. Back then It was decided that there was to few Structures available in the 'out of the Box' category.

Maybe its different now? we shall have to see, but as said, I'd like to do Structures.

Love what your doing, great work in ID'ing the parts. Never would have guessed the 2 Quad tractors were used for the cockpit. Great seeing this come together using old skool modelling.

I'm at a loss what to say. This is a hobby, supposed to be fun and people are whinging because its a bit behind schedule? Get over it. Poor attitudes and an ignorance of what goes on behind the scenes sure takes the fun out of it. I pulled my web store due to people who delivered rude and i'll forme...

Hi Wombat

Sorry I have taken so long to tell you how great I think you Hover-tank is. I don't seem to have as much time these days, hence no HT from me!

But I really do like you tank, it has come together at the end really well and your paint job looks great too.

Masao I like the thought your putting into your design. I agree ( and I've seen hovercraft demonstrating the same movement you describe) that a HT can turn on its axis while maintaining the same direction of travel. It would need a recoiless weapon though to overcome the effects of firing perpendic...

Hmmmmm.... Interesting observation Masao The ESB snowspeeder certainly fits some HT specifics. My answer is a question "how does the Snowspeeder react in flight?" ie:- does it act like a tank, helicopter or airplane? Can it stop, stationary and engage, can it turn on its axis while stationary? if ye...

Hi all, You will see this is still very much a work in progress, lots of sanding and filling to be done but the body is pretty much done regarding its overal shape. Hi Kylwell
The 'Early fan' design is most interesting and its body shape very similar to what i'm working on. Wide with a lot of scoops and fans- makes sense especially for a 'early' design / proof of concept vehicle.
