I don't think this has been covered before, but with my airbrush when I pull back on the trigger it sticks. It doesn't effect the painting that much but it's annoying. Can I just take some regular oil that you would use for something like a bike chain, put a bit of that on and be done with it? I als...

I'm not sure if this would work for your situation but I remember other people putting a push button switch underneath the R2 Droid so when you press it down it turns it on and then press again to turn off.

I have a badger Crescendo 175 and its kind of gunked up. I was wondering the best way to remove all the paint from inside of it. I know there are certain ones you can't soak because of O-rings and whatnot. So if someone could give some advice on a good way to remove all that garbage without screwing...

my mom went out and got me some rubbing alcohol.
she got two kinds Ethyl Rubbing alcohol 70% USP (what ever that means)
and Isopropyl Rubbing alcohol 70% by volume.
is there a difference or will they both do the same thing?

please forgive me if someone has already asked this question. i need to remove some Acrlylic, Model Masters, Water wash up, Flat gul gray paint from some clear parts. would rinsing it with water take it off and not leave a residue on the clear platic or am i going to need something stronger? thanks

so here's the problem I'm having now.
i cant get the right shape. i did the small pile of dust and then smearing it down but all i get is a blob of rust not the streaking that i was thinking of.
what am i doing wrong?

cleaning files

I'm always getting crud stuck in the files that use and i cant find a good way of getting it out. right now I'm running my x-acto through all the grooves and its really annoying.

i have a craftman comporessor and it works fine for me. i even has a three gallon tank on it so i can airbrush quietly after it fills up. it also comes with a lot of accessories. it is kinda loud but only for a few minutes and then you have silent airbrushing. its even on sale at sears until the 30t...

im trying to power a computer fan so i can have some ventilation in my spray booth (ok its tri-fold poster board on top of my desk) but any way im not close to a window and i read an aritcle that said if you use a computer fan and an airconditioning filter you can got some good and quiet ventilation...
