I missed that the first time around...but sure enough, you're right! It's very hard to make out the size of the LEDs used for the flashing lights as well. Due to the soft focus, they could be oversized for the scale. I think I'm going to have to pass on this one...and my Spinner will continue to go ...

Has anyone had any experience working with any products from Evans Lighting? I've been holding off construction on my Fujimi Spinner as I want to light it, but my electronics skills are marginal at best. John, I will happily sing the praises of your lighting kits to anyone who asks...so believe me when I say I'm excited at the thought of you potentiallyputting together a kit for the Spinner.

I'm in no rush...like Robiwan, this is my grail kit, and I can wait! ;-)

I'm gobsmacked...amazing work! Of course, it raises more questions for someone like me who has virtually no experience with electronics. Would you mind sharing sources for your parts? I'm a complete noob when it comes to electronics...looking at that bare circuit board gives me hives! I've lighted several kits in the past using Madman Lighting products quite successfully, so I was hoping to find something similarly user-friendly. How difficult has it been to wire up your spinner?...

37?! Yikes! How are you finding room in the model for the wires? I figured 18 was pretty low, but I was willing to make a few sacrifices.

Hey, that IS some good news. I started looking around for ALPS printers, and was quite disconcerted by the apparent discontinuation of the product.
