I see lots of posts for LED suppliers but can anyone recommend a source for switches, wire, and other small electronic materials?

Working on my first fully lit starship. Revell Monogram Voyager. I'm curious as to what people have used to successfully fill the opened windows with clear material?

I would be very careful if you are planning to use an enamel or lacquer based paint on your vinyl kit. Those Horizon kits don't fare well using anything other than acrylic based paints.

Seal the model with Future floor wax. Then thin some oil paint with Ronsonol lighter fluid or Turpenoid. Load up a small pointed brush, touch it to the joint and capillary action will flow the paint through the crevice.

I'm working on the Aoshima Mad Max Interceptor. I have the base coat of flat black laid down. Any suggestions on weathering the reddish earth and dust on the vehicle?

I'm working on restoring an old Monogram Buck Roger's Starfighter kit. I'm not sure what color the base coat should be. The instructions say light gray, but I always thought the color was much lighter. Kind of an off white or pale tan. I've looked at Testor's Camoflage Grey, but this looks too yello...

I plan to be there and this time I'll be sure to stop by the pool party and meet everyone. By the way, have they announced the date for next year?
