Gorilla GLue works wonders with blue foam. Just be sure to clam it securely. I'll second that one. Once dry the glue is foam...not very puffy but sort of the same stuff. The seams become invisible, it shapes and sands like it's one piece, and it will never fail! Chris "overkill everytime"...

use a duster...ya know those cans for computers. take the piece to another room, blast it, then head back to where you are painting. I've had good luck with it, and you can get into the corners and detail in a way a parafin soaked rag can't

I'm casting a tire with some intricate tread...I have a seal a meal canister set that would allow me to de-gas some resin (vacuum chamber). Since a pressure pot is out of the question, is degassing enough?

Anyone out there produced a good woodgrain effect. I've tried all kinds of brown/lt. brown straeking etc. It never looks good. 1/16 scale by the way.
