There's a whole thread for clear coats.
Saw that, but don't want to read four pages of posts.

You got me. The color label on the back says Clear and the front simple says Fast Dry Spray Paint. The directions on the back of the can (which are the same as on a can of red oxide primer) call it a spray enamel.

Clear sprays over Acrylic

One for the tribe.... I know acrylic paints will 'out gas' for some time after painting, so how long should they dry out and 'set' before they are clear coated? The clear will probably be generic Walmart clear in a rattle can, as that's what I have. My other choices are clear bottle varnishes from t...

Endless hours of interweb surfing usually spur me to some effort to copy someone elses work of excellence for myself. That's what led me to scratchbuild my Warhammer40K KillKrusha Tank. Too lazy to come up with my own ideas.

Fiberglass resin....

Can Bondo Fiberglass resin be used for casting? If so, what are some of it's characteristics? Good for small stuff? Big stuff? Or is the most horrible substance I can use?

I got some on sale from a going out of business sale.

Its truly a remarkable product. And all said, "Aves-men" Verily, a question, brothers: How best to thin Aves? If I mixe a small portion and drop it in a slight bit of alcohol, it just sits there. Yeah, even if I mash it up a bit, it just sits there, mashed up... looking sad. The only way ...

It's elongated appearance (and somewhat 'H' shape) put me in the mind of the Churchill British WWII tank. Not, I'm sure what the finished result will be, but just what it reminds me of. YMMV.

Totally ORK-some, Butters! :8) Love that Targit is tied into the grot's nest. :) Well, as an observer, he's totally unreliable and unwilling! But, screaming does draw enemy fire, and that's good enough for the tank commander to figure where the enemys position is. He's actually Targit the fourth, b...

The warbikes actually do/will fit on the flat 'deck'. I just have to modify the twin tailpipes on the bikes for them to fit. Or, four Ork boyz with bases. As to deployable chainsaws, I might do that on an upcoming build! :D

Id say about 20 guns Some on the surface, some on the towers? Only in Orkdom does three bow-mounted shootas, 4 anti-personell rokkits, a tri-barrelled, 90mm Gatling cannon, and a bunka-busta heavy rokkit, constitute "under-gunned". Well, I'll take it under advisement. I still have some th...
