Okay, so here's the pics I have of the Bacqatcha as of packing it up. Scotaidh started out with, IMO, such a great shape, it was hard for me to figure out how to add onto it without totally changing it. To me, when holding it, it still has that heavy underwater attack sub kind of feel. I added a few...

Ready & willing!! Some interesting stuff ya' got there. I'm kinda feeling an underwater craft of some kind, maybe... I like the indented rounded triangle bit- kinda looks like it could be a launch bay or a scuba egress... And I like what you did with your A-hull! LOL (Sorry guys, inside joke.) L...

Yea, WF is a no go for me this year. Still in the new job with only 2 weeks vacay that I'm saving for trips back home to visit family. Plus I have a new partnership this year with a friend to help her sell stuff at cons, so any extra days I might of had are out the door because of that.

Scotaidh- Yea, when you left it kinda dawned on me that I didn't recall ever telling you about the GF. We've been dating for a couple years & she moved in this past fall. Things are good, I can't complain. As for Sam, yea, grown quite the bit, eh?? When did you see her last, in '07? Egads, she's...

No, the battery was never hooked up when I was doing any soldering. It is a curious happening with the Cold Heat gun. Somethign to be careful of when I do my Iron Man kit! Right now I'm hot gluing the parts into place then I can put the halves together & take care of the seams. I'll post some pi...

Well, I may have solved my own problem. I went down to Radio Shack & bought an LED just to see if adding one in the last spot would make work. Suprise, it did! But when they all lit, two of them did not. I think that may have been my fault, though. I'm using one of those "Cold Heat" so...

Nebulizer VooDoo FX kit

Got a question from a lighting newbie. I have the VooDoo FX kit for the Nebulizer. The wiring diagram shows there's 6 LEDs but I recieved 5 in my package. Should there be 6 total?

Slow. I havn't had a chance to work on him for a couple days, though I did make some shocks for him which are visible because I have his left rear tire raised up a bit on the suspension, mimicking the beauty shot on the Cars website.

What's really cool is that it looks like it fit right in, almost like it was made fot it. Did you have to mod it to fit or did it just fall into place? The sound chip? No mods other than cutting the back of the greeting card down around the chip. The speaker ends up sitting nicely on the inside of ...

Okay, I've been posting this on other boards because I wanted to get as many minds on this as possible. Turns out that the wife gave me the base idea for the solution! All this time I wanted to make King's gas cap the on/off switch. But then when I actually stuck the switch through the hole, I reali...

I'm no expert on this kind of stuff, but it looks like you disconnected the speaker wire and ran the switch off of that? Yep. I'd reconnect the speaker wire to the spot where it was and then wire the switch to the "spring" and its counterpart connection to complete the on/off curcuit. I t...

Electronics help- Hallmark!

Okay, so here's where my limit of electronics comes to an end. Actually it ended long ago, but let's not quibble, okay? :P I bought one of those musical Hallmark cards that when you open the card, it plays a song, movie quote or whatever. Since I'm still in the process of building "King" f...
